No prior lacrosse experience is necessary!

League Details

• Who: Open to Years 4–6 (Year 3 students may join at our school’s discretion).

• Equipment: All gear and umpires are provided.

• Uniform: Standard HNS sports shirt

• Supervision: Each team needs an adult supervisor.

• Teams: 8 players max per team, minimum of 6 (Mixed Division)

• $30 per player for 6 weeks.

Weekly Game Day Schedule

• 4:00 PM Skills Sessions: Coaching on stick tricks, catching, passing, ground balls, shooting, cradling, and footwork.

• 4:30 PM Onward Games: First game kicks off at 4:30 PM, with games starting every half hour.

• Match Format: Fast-paced 12-minute halves with a 2-minute halftime.

2026 Season Dates

• Runs: Monday, 19 October – Monday, 1 December (6 weeks total).

• Note: No games will be played over Labour Weekend.

• Registrations: Close Friday 25th of September.
