Flippaball is a water sport, great for building teamwork skills and water confidence. It is similar to waterpolo however children are allowed to touch the bottom of the pool. It is a brilliant sport for children who are wishing to get into waterpolo later on. There are 6 children in the pool at a time, 5 field players and one goalie. The children are challenged by only being allowed to touch the ball with one hand at a time and not being able to walk with it – they can however, swim with the ball. When: Competition takes place on Sunday afternoons from 2.00pm – 5.00pm.

At this stage, there are no practices as it is too cold to do these in the school pool.

Where: The games take place at St Peters in their indoor swimming pool.
Ages: Years 5 – 6
Term(s):   1 & 4  (each term is a separate registration)
Run By: Teams are managed and coached by parents. Registrations are overseen by Leigh Mason.
