Children are enrolled at the school office prior to entering school. There is a legal requirement for the Birth Certificate or Passport and Immunisation information to be seen prior to enrolment.
Hillcrest Normal is a zoned school. All information relating to our school zone can be found under "School Zone".
Alternative enrolment procedures are required for Foreign Fee Paying Students and additional forms are completed for students whose first language is not English. New entrant children are encouraged to attend a Transition to School Programme that is organised by the Assistant Principal. Each year, in June, the school surveys pre-schoolers in the district to assist with forward roll planning. The Assistant Principal and Year 1 team hold regular orientation meetings for parents of new entrant children.
